The Company's purpose is to carry out all forms of real estate transactions, notably development, brokerage, acquisition, management, disposal and enhancement of movable and immovable assets held directly or indirectly, as well as the development and sale of real estate projects and the provision of services in these areas, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may carry out any commercial and financial transaction, as well as any form of advice, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may notably register branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate. The Company may grant loans or any other form of financing to companies of the same group, as well as provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
