Islamisch-Albanischer Verein

The association's activities are based on the pursuit of cultural purposes based on the Koran, Hadith, and the rules derived from them, as well as the development of the spirit of faith among Muslims living in Winterthur and its surroundings. The association aims to achieve its goals in the following ways: performing religious worship (Namaz); regular Islamic religious education; holding faith lessons for young and old; providing the association's library with Koran and Islamic literature; maintaining contacts with representatives of the faith, imams, and/or association members; cooperating with Swiss authorities and other associations with similar or identical purposes; promoting interpersonal contacts and supporting the joint finding of an adequate and appropriate solution.
