The foundation aims to promote the religious and resulting ideal interests of Muslims in Switzerland, regardless of their nationality and ethnic affiliation, as well as the material well-being of Muslims residing in Switzerland. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may offer services, notably operate mosques, community centers, nurseries, etc. and support or take measures to facilitate the integration of Muslims in Switzerland into the host country while leading a daily life in accordance with religious regulations. To promote its purpose, the foundation may also operate a suitable commercial business or promote the operation of a business for the interests, whose proceeds may accrue to the foundation. The foundation is authorized to acquire real estate.
