The company's purpose is to provide services of all kinds to all affiliated companies (i.e. direct or indirect subsidiaries, sister and parent companies), in particular in the areas of accounting, management, marketing, communication and human resources, as well as to provide financial services to all affiliated companies, in particular the receipt and custody of liquid funds, the granting of advances or loans (with or without collateral), the assumption of guarantees, the granting of securities of any kind and the making of investments and foreign exchange transactions of all kinds. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, manage and sell participations, subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate, patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and all other intellectual property rights, excluding transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may conduct all business and take all measures that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
