Within the framework of its main purpose, namely the production and trade of steel, metallurgy and hardware in general, as well as the cold rolling of special and various steels, the activity of designing, building and selling installations, machines or parts thereof, the branch aims to develop and implement a digitalization project, with the aim of assessing the complexity of the company, in order to identify where the introduction of computer tools can bring benefits in terms of improving working conditions, vertical and horizontal dissemination of corporate culture (know-how), increasing product quality and productivity, as well as optimizing resource utilization. The branch also aims to develop and implement a sustainability project, with the aim of integrating social and environmental interventions into traditional financial statements in quantitative and qualitative terms, so that the company stands out for its economic, social and environmental sustainability. All these activities, already existing in ITLA Bonaiti SRL but imperceptible, must clearly emerge in order to be communicated to the company's stakeholders and better managed by management according to the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria and the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), so that they are resources and not just expense items.
