The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable enterprises, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may buy, sell, manage, engage in brokerage activities and renovate all types of properties in the real estate sector, import and export, buy, sell and distribute, in any form, wholesale, retail or by correspondence, all raw or manufactured products, provide all advice and services to companies of all kinds, buy, sell and lease all motorized or non-motorized vehicles (including boats and aircraft). The company may grant loans to its associates, to companies affiliated with them or to third parties, and provide guarantees, grant securities or guarantee any commitment made by its associates, companies affiliated with them or third parties, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
