The company's purpose is to hold and manage participations in all types of companies, in Switzerland and abroad, subject to the actions prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate operations and conclude all contracts necessary to achieve its purpose, in Switzerland and abroad. It may also create branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors, in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans to its associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge these assets to secure any claim.
