The acquisition, administration and management of participations in all companies or commercial, financial, industrial or real estate enterprises, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), in Switzerland or abroad, as well as their financing. The company may also carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
