The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase, sale, rental, management and brokerage of real estate; the study, design, planning and execution, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, of projects in the real estate sector; any activity in the field of construction, in particular the study, planning, marketing, execution and promotion of any real estate project, as well as the execution of all work, including as a general contractor or total contractor; the representation and trade of all goods and products as well as the acquisition and exploitation of licenses and patents related, in particular, to the construction sector; as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purposes, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may exercise its activity both in Switzerland and abroad.
