It can handle all commercial, industrial, and real estate operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It can also create branches, take stakes in other companies in compliance with the LFAIE, or mandate subcontractors. It can grant loans to its partners or to third parties, act as guarantor for loans taken out by its partners or third parties, and pledge its assets to guarantee any claim.
