The company's purpose is to conduct the business of collective investment schemes within the meaning of the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA) and the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FINIA) in and from Switzerland. The company may, in particular, carry out the following additional activities: the establishment, management and administration of collective investment schemes, the offering of collective investment schemes and the representation of foreign collective investment schemes. Furthermore, the company may, for domestic and foreign collective investment schemes, conduct fund business or parts thereof and provide advisory services. The company may acquire participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad, whose main purpose is the establishment, management and administration of collective investment schemes, the distribution of collective investment schemes, individual asset management for private and institutional clients in Switzerland and abroad, or collective asset management (portfolio management) of collective investment schemes. The company may conduct all commercial and financial transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, provided they comply with the law, in particular the supervisory legislation.
