Take, acquire, exploit, or dispose of all procedures, patents, and intellectual property rights related to these activities; And more generally, carry out all mobile, economic, legal, financial, commercial, civil, and industrial operations that may relate, directly or indirectly, to any of the aforementioned objects and to all similar or related objects or that may favor their extension or development in any form whatsoever.
