The main objective is to support people in extreme poverty with basic necessities, medication or financial assistance for children and the elderly. 2) Promotion and support of institutions that contribute to alleviating poverty and social inequality, whether through education, art, sports or other means. 3) Promotion and support of institutions and NGOs working for the benefit of society. 4) Support for societies in need of help in the event of war or natural disasters. Under the conditions of paragraph 1, the following are recognized as promoting the public good: 1. promotion of youth and elderly care; 2. promotion of art and culture; 3. promotion of education, vocational training and student assistance; 4. promotion of assistance for those persecuted for political, racial or religious reasons, refugees, displaced persons, expellees, late resettlers, war victims, war widows, war disabled and prisoners of war, civilian casualties and people with disabilities, as well as assistance for victims of crime; promotion of remembrance of persecuted persons, war and disaster victims; promotion of tracing services for missing persons; 5. promotion of rescue from life-threatening situations; 6. promotion of development cooperation; 7. promotion of gender equality; 8. promotion of the protection of marriage and family; 9. promotion of crime prevention; 10. promotion of sports; 11. promotion of homeland preservation and local history.
