The foundation's purpose is to create and provide affordable housing, care, and social opportunities for the elderly. Its facilities are primarily intended for elderly individuals and couples from the municipalities of Kriegstetten and the outer Wasseramt (Halten, Oekingen, Drei Höfe). People living outside these municipalities may be considered if space is available. The prices are set in such a way that the foundation does not generate a profit after deducting necessary depreciation and provisions. The foundation exclusively pursues non-profit purposes. To prepare projects in the field of elderly care, the foundation may use the income from its assets to support research and project planning.
