The purpose of the company is: a) to operate a veterinary clinic and any type of work related to animals, as well as any other activity necessary to meet the requirements of its purpose, such as buying and selling medicines, veterinary or food products; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable (in compliance with the rules relating to the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
