The company's purpose is: to carry out all architectural design and construction supervision work; to carry out all mandates for property management, expertise and valuation, administration of condominium properties as well as all brokerage activities in the field of real estate; to carry out all construction, conversion and renovation work on buildings, in particular as a general contractor; to purchase, sell, promote and develop properties and real estate rights within the limits provided by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
