The purpose of the company is: a) the operation of hair salons and aesthetic care services; b) all commercial and service activities in the fields of care (in particular hair) and physical well-being, as well as beauty; c) the representation and trade of all movable goods and manufactured or non-manufactured products; d) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules relating to the acquisition of real estate by foreigners in direct or indirect relation to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes.
