The purpose of the company is (i) to provide commercial, technical and other services and services of all kinds for its own business operations and/or for companies directly or indirectly connected with the company, in connection with the design, manufacture, acquisition and distribution (wholesale, retail and mail order, the latter also in the form of e-commerce) of all products for general and consumer goods; (ii) to grant concessions and conclude franchise and license agreements in connection with the provision of services in accordance with section (i); (iii) to develop and elaborate concepts and strategies for the provision of services in accordance with sections (i) and (ii); (iv) to acquire, manage, exploit, license, market and dispose of brands, domains and other intellectual property rights; (v) to issue customer cards with or without credit function. The company may also acquire, manage and dispose of properties and participations. It is authorized to establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, it may carry out any other or similar activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned business purposes.
