The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding and management of participations in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, except for any operation prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (except for any operation prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
