The company may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad or take any participation in other companies or merge with such companies, whose corporate purpose is identical or similar to its corporate purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees of any kind to third parties or its shareholders. The company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or which are intended to facilitate the achievement of its corporate purpose.
