The company's primary purpose is the acquisition, management, administration, promotion and sale of real estate, as well as the acquisition of interests in any company within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners, and all activities related to the company's purpose. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
