The company's purpose, as a holding company, is to acquire, hold, manage and invest in any commercial, financial, securities, industrial, real estate or other enterprises, in compliance with the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), located in Switzerland or abroad, through the acquisition of shares, bonds, interests, holding of claims or any adequate form, acquisition of patents and trademarks. The company may carry out any financial, commercial or real estate operations in connection with its purpose or likely to promote it; it may in particular grant loans or guarantees of any nature to its shareholders or to third parties, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, make investments, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose, all to the exclusion of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
