With the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), the company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector, in particular real estate development, the holding and management of real estate, the sale and purchase of real estate, including all related services, advice, and activities. As a secondary purpose, the company may also, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE): engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; grant loans or guarantees to third parties and/or its partners, if this promotes its interests.
