Its main purpose is to support its members in acquiring independence, in particular to facilitate their integration or reintegration into the professional world. The Society accompanies them in their development throughout their professional life. It may affiliate with groups pursuing purposes similar to those stated below. The association has in particular the following purposes: 1. To facilitate the provision of public utility housing (LUP) or market-rate housing to its members, notably through its participation in Logement Idéal société coopérative; 2. To financially support the training costs of apprentice and active members in financial difficulty, selected on the basis of files and interviews; 3. To support the institutions and clubs defined in Chapter 4; 4. To develop activities for its members (stamm, Newsletters, company and institution visits, conferences, reduced prices on cantonal sports competitions and cultural events and museums); 5. To support its members punctually in the context of job search or in preparation for retirement, in particular in matters of: a. Legal advice; b. Financial planning advice; c. Exceptional and punctual financial assistance; d. Temporary provision, subject to availability, of workspaces in a co-working space; e. Access to a platform for exchanging educational and administrative documents; 6. To advise apprentices in their job search at the end of their apprenticeship, in particular through the organization of meetings with potential employers; 7. To advise active members who have completed their initial training for further certified training (diploma or federal certificate); 8. To exercise its rights as founder of Jeuncomm, Fondation de la Société des Jeunes Commerçants (IDE CHE-109.746.261) in Pully.
