The company's purpose is the trade, manufacture, and distribution of surgical products and medical devices. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may, in particular, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies or corporations in Switzerland and abroad that have a direct or indirect connection to its purpose, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose or merge with such companies, and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
