The company's purpose is the import, export, distribution, transportation, and sale of locksmithing equipment. The company also has the purpose of all activities in the field of real estate, namely the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, rental, administration, and management of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that may favor the purpose and interest of the company. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its associates or to companies of the same group, and conclude all contracts that may develop or achieve its purpose or relate directly or indirectly thereto.
