The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector, in particular property management, brokerage, purchase, sale, development, administration and construction of buildings, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out all commercial, industrial and real estate transactions and conclude all contracts necessary to achieve its purpose. It may also establish branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors. It may grant loans to its associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim.
