The company's purpose is: the operation of hair salons and all other activities in the field of wellness and aesthetics; the purchase, sale, import, export, representation and marketing in general, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, of all goods, products and materials in direct or indirect relation to the operation of hair salons, wellness and aesthetics; the purchase, sale, import, export, transformation and marketing in general of all accessories, manufactured or not, related to fashion and personal consumption in general; all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
