The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, notably general contracting, real estate development, real estate promotion, buying and selling of real estate, rentals, and all activities closely or remotely related to real estate. The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to facilitate its achievement, conclude contracts that are intended to develop its activities or are directly or indirectly related to them, receive income in the form of interest, commissions, and dividends, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, acquire or create identical or similar companies, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, except for all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may perform these operations for its own account or for the account of third parties. It may grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, in particular its associates and managers.
