The company's purpose is to plan and realize buildings, renovations and conversions, as well as to trade (buy and sell) real estate in Switzerland, to rent, lease and manage buildings of all kinds, and to provide all services related to these activities and to conclude any financial and commercial transactions related to these purposes. The circle of its direct shareholders is narrowly limited. The company may participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of business premises, real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore, carry out all legal transactions and conclude contracts that may be necessary or useful for the purpose of the company or to promote its development or that of group companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its narrowly limited circle of direct shareholders or its indirect shareholders, as well as companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, whether through loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not.
