The circle of its direct shareholders is narrowly limited. The company can participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and sell business premises and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions and conclude contracts that may be related to the company's purpose or are suitable to promote its development or that of group companies.
