The company's purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: a) to acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial, movable and immovable enterprises; b) to purchase, sell, construct, develop and exploit real estate; c) to develop, hold, manage and sell intellectual property rights in any form; d) to provide all services and advice in the areas mentioned in letters a) to c) above. Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions, establish branches or subsidiaries and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
