The foundation's purpose is: A. To permanently maintain the Kybun AG, Roggwil TG, Joya Schuhe Holding AG, Roggwil TG, Imhotep AG, Roggwil TG, and their sister companies as independent companies, while maintaining their previous corporate purpose, by exercising the shareholders' rights in such a way that a consistently Bible-based corporate management is ensured. To this end, the foundation shall exclusively appoint as organs (with the exception of the auditing firm) of the companies and their subsidiaries and sister companies, personalities who are followers of Jesus Christ and see their calling in making the God of the Bible, the almighty creator of the universe, popular through their lives and actions. B. Promoting family unity within the founder's family, the biblical spirit in the family, as well as family values and awareness of their origin. C. Providing contributions to the education, training, equipment, and establishment of the founder's children and their descendants. Supporting worthy projects of the founder's children and their descendants to promote their calling, gifts, and talents in the sense of lit. B. Supporting these beneficiaries in special life situations, such as need, old age, illness, disability, and unemployment. D. Promoting people within and outside the foundation, so that they can discover their gifts and talents and recognize their God-given calling - and thus God himself. E. In the sense of the idea of mercy, providing contributions to third-party applicants who are in special life situations. Third-party applicants are people whom God puts on the heart of the foundation council, but who do not have to be believers. Special life situations include need, illness, accident, or other emergencies. Unemployment, old-age support, or similar situations are not included. Support can take the form of existence-securing contributions or loans. F. Making the Gospel of the Bible popular within the foundation. In all activities, the foundation shall strive to replace egoistic thinking, which seeks its own advantage first, with 'thinking from God's point of view'. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland and abroad within the scope of its purpose.
