The acquisition, holding and all operations related to the sustainable management of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies in the sense of a holding company, excluding real estate transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, establish or acquire any company pursuing an analogous or complementary purpose. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions, excluding those prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. The company may grant loans, with or without security, to its shareholders, to companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, to persons close to it or to persons close to its shareholders or companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, and provide them with other services, in both cases with or without consideration. It may also provide them with financial support in the form of securities of any kind to guarantee the obligations of these shareholders, companies or related parties, with or without consideration.
