The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons) is: a) the acquisition, administration and management of participations in all real estate, industrial, commercial, financial or other companies, in Switzerland or abroad; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties, and may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
