The company's purpose, in the sense of a holding company, is the acquisition, holding, management and participation in all commercial, financial, mobile, industrial, real estate or other companies in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), based in Switzerland or abroad, by acquiring shares, bonds, participations, holding claims or any other suitable form, acquiring patents and trademarks. It may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative or agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. The company may grant loans to its associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to secure any claim. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
