The Company's purpose is to carry out all operations in the real estate sector, including the purchase, holding, leasing, enhancement, promotion, and sale of real estate; the provision of all services, including the management of companies, related advice, as well as taking participations, i.e., the acquisition, disposal, and management of all or part of companies in Switzerland and abroad. All operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE) are reserved. The Company may, in particular, in Switzerland and/or abroad: carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE) in direct or indirect relation to its purpose; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relation to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; acquire, develop, manage, deposit, and exploit patents, trademarks, licenses, manufacturing processes, and intellectual property rights; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies, or third parties, if this promotes its interests or those of the group of companies of which it is a part; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
