Consequently, the company may, in the interest of the group companies or any of them (including group companies that hold it, directly or indirectly, as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries), enter into contracts and, in particular, grant loans or other forms of financing to these group companies and provide all kinds of collateral for their obligations, including through pledges, transfers or assignments of the company's assets for security purposes or through guarantees of any kind, whether onerous or not. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, sell or finance companies of any kind. The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate. It may engage in all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. It may take all measures that promote the purpose of the company or are related to it.
