The foundation aims to provide financial support to the following institutions through annual contributions: CHF 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand francs) to the Basel Zoological Garden, Binningerstrasse 40, 4054 Basel; CHF 50,000.00 (fifty thousand francs) to the Tierpark Lange Erlen, Erlen-Verein Basel, Erlenparkweg 110, 4058 Basel; CHF 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand francs) to the Natur- und Tierpark Goldau, Parkstrasse 40, 6410 Goldau; CHF 20,000.00 (twenty thousand francs) to the Pro Tier Stiftung für Tierschutz und Ethik, Alfred Escher-Strasse 17, 8002 Zurich; CHF 20,000.00 (twenty thousand francs) to the Schweizer Tierschutz STS, Dornacherstrasse 101, 4008 Basel; CHF 20,000.00 (twenty thousand francs) to the Stiftung für das Pferd, Museumstrasse 10, Postfach 329, 3000 Bern 6; CHF 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand francs) to Pro Specie Rara PSR, Unter Brüglingen 6, 4052 Basel; CHF 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand francs) to Pro Natura, Dornacherstrasse 192, Postfach, 4018 Basel; CHF 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand francs) to the Schweizerische Vogelwarte, Seerose 1, 6204 Sempach; CHF 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand francs) to the Stiftung für das celebral gelähmte Kind, Erlacherstrasse 14, 3001 Bern; CHF 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand francs) to the Schweizerische Multiple Sklerose Gesellschaft, Josefstrasse 129, 8031 Zurich; CHF 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand francs) to the Verein Chupferhammer, Geschäftsstelle, Sonneggstr. 28, 9642 Ebnat-Kappel; CHF 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand francs) to the Stiftung Waldheim, Kronenwies 1236, 9428 Walzenhausen. If the foundation's funds are no longer sufficient to make the aforementioned contributions, the amounts are to be reduced proportionally and paid out one last time. Subsequently, but no later than ten years after its establishment, the foundation is to be liquidated. The foundation's assets available at that time will be distributed proportionally to the above-mentioned annual allocations. The foundation has a non-profit character, does not pursue any commercial purpose, and does not aim to make a profit.
