The company's purpose is the purchase and sale of new and used vehicles, mechanical and aesthetic parts, as well as the purchase and sale of any merchandise related to automobiles. More broadly, the company may carry out all commercial and financial operations related to the aforementioned field, including the submission of leasing applications (with the exception of operations resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined by the LBA); provision of services in the field of marketing, public relations, and communication, particularly in digital marketing; all advisory and service activities in the field of information technology, particularly the design, development, and operation of online platforms and websites for individuals and companies; all activities in the real estate sector, including the purchase, sale, rental, intermediation, administration, and management of real estate (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE). It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable, or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in any similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
