The association pursues the following objectives: establishing and developing training programs useful for exercising a profession in various sectors of economic activity and organizing knowledge and skills transfer actions; developing training, integration, consulting, services, and insertion workshops through the development of specialized and professional skills; participating in partnership activities with other economic and legal entities; affirming a shared management concept through a Management Charter based on solidarity, collaboration, collective interest, transparency, innovation, commitment, trust, sharing, accountability, support, and respect; respecting the consideration of sustainable development principles and good practice and ethics rules in the association's activities; promoting, through the developed activities, a stable and prosperous socio-economic environment, for the benefit of civil society as a whole, and preserving the interests of future generations, according to the Business Ecosystem concept (for complete purpose, see statutes).
