Jungck Künstlerinnenpreis

The foundation aims to promote female artists and groups by awarding cash prizes for their outstanding achievements and projects in the field of visual arts. As a rule, works of music and literature are excluded. Artists and groups with a workplace in the canton of Bern who have only modest financial resources or whose projects cannot be realized due to lack of funds are considered. Exceptionally, artists and groups with a workplace outside the canton of Bern can also be considered. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
