The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, own, and operate real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to plan, finance, and construct commercial properties. In Switzerland, the purpose is limited to business premises as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2, Letter a of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may also invest in, acquire, encumber, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, and establish branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad by decision of the Board of Directors. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities related to its corporate purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company, other group companies, or third parties, and provide security of any kind for the obligations of these other companies or third parties, including by pledging or transferring assets of the company in trust or by providing guarantees of any kind, regardless of whether these are paid or not. In addition, the company may invest in, establish, acquire, and merge with other companies of any kind, both domestically and abroad. It may acquire, encumber, and dispose of real property and intellectual property rights, both domestically and abroad, and establish branches and agencies, both domestically and abroad, by decision of the Board of Directors.
