The purpose of the company is: - legal advice, - representation in the context of professional representation as defined by the Code of Civil Procedure before the following authorities: Conciliation Commission for rental and lease matters, Rental Court, Justice of the Peace, - drafting of documents in all legal, administrative and written private and public procedures, - professional mediation, - personal coaching (accompanying individuals for personal development and leading seminars), - writing books and manuals, as well as, - brokerage, management and administration of real estate. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, with the specification that real estate transactions can only be carried out within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) or intellectual property or services; - regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
