The company's purpose is to provide holistic and personalized care for children, adults, or elderly individuals suffering from acute or chronic pathologies, addressing their psychological and/or somatic problems in a curative or palliative phase, all within the comfort of their own home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while promoting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as respecting their autonomy and individuality. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate, and conduct all operations and conclude all contracts necessary to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto, directly or indirectly.
