The company has the following purpose: To provide advice in the areas of finance, capital investment, real estate credit, insurance, marketing, commercial development of companies, buying and selling companies, listing companies on the stock exchange, as well as buying and selling real estate, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; to provide financial asset management services within the meaning of Article 17 LEFin; acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in other companies, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
