The company's purpose is the development of medical devices based on scientific research strictly adhering to points 5.2.2 to 5.2.11 of the Code of Scientific Integrity, the import-export of various products, particularly from Asian countries such as Korea or China, the purchase and sale of furniture and medical or non-medical equipment, and the provision of all related services, the purchase and sale of books, DVDs, or other media, as well as cosmetic products, the development of audiovisual technical services, internet communication platforms, as well as the creation, editing, and publication of physical or virtual media, and the support for the development of alternative medicines in Europe and worldwide. The company may, directly or indirectly in relation to its purpose: carry out all financial, commercial, and real estate operations, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to third parties if this serves its interests.
