To act as marketing agents and representatives on behalf of third parties; to act as business or commission agents for any person or group of persons, companies or partnerships conducting all or some of the businesses which the company is authorized to carry on; to provide management consultancy and advisory services of any nature to commercial and other undertakings and enterprises including but not limited to advertising and marketing services or other related services; to carry on the business of estate agents, brokers, collectors and valuers of any property in real estate and chattels in any part of the world; to manage lands, buildings and other properties, whether belonging to the company or not, and to collect rents and income and to provide to tenants and occupiers and others such services, comforts and amenities as the company may from time to time think fit to provide together with other objects and to carry on the business of contractors and sub-contractors in building, air conditioning and central heating, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, filtration unit, carpentry, furniture, decoration, removal of property, furniture and other installations of every description; to act as commission agents or agencies or companies having similar objects as aforesaid whether local or foreign; to purchase, acquire, own, hold, manage, let, administer, sell or otherwise dispose of properties of any kind, whether real or personal and whether belonging to the company or not and to subscribe for, take, purchase or otherwise acquire, hold, sell or dispose of shares or other interests in or securities of any other company.
