The company's purpose is to carry out all types of masonry work, construction, civil engineering, public works, renovation work, and any other construction work, as well as the operation of a general contracting business. The company may also engage in any other activity and carry out all commercial and financial transactions (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of a financial intermediary as defined by the LBA), in particular, carry out all real estate transactions (with the exclusion of all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), having a direct or indirect link with its purpose and likely to promote its interests, participate in all Swiss or foreign enterprises, acquire such companies, merge with other companies, as well as create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, as well as act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guarantee such loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or others.
