The company's purpose is the trade in fuels and lubricants as well as all other products delivered by Eni or by companies explicitly designated by the latter, as well as the purchase and sale of food and the operation of a café bar. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant guarantees, make loans or advances to shareholders or third parties.
